Elmond AI provides AI-powered voice agents that answer calls, quote unit pricing, book facility tours, send SMS confirmations, and log interactions for self-storage facilities.
To use the service you must create an account, provide accurate information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use the service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that harms others or the integrity of the platform. Misuse may result in termination.
Fees are charged according to the selected pricing plan. Payments are due monthly in advance. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of service.
You may cancel anytime with 30‑day written notice. No cancellation fees are charged, but any outstanding balances must be paid.
All rights, title, and interest in the Elmond AI platform, software, and content remain with Elmond AI. You retain ownership of your business data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elmond AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elmond AI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
